twenty minutes
Accessibility
What we aim for and how to tell us when we miss. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Our aim
We want Twenty Minutes to be usable by everyone who is invited to it. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
That is a target, not a certificate. We have not had the site independently audited, and we will not claim that it conforms until it has been. What we do build in from the start: text that meets AA contrast, a visible focus mark on every control, controls you can reach and use from the keyboard alone, labels on every field, targets large enough for a thumb, headings in order, and motion that respects your device's reduced motion setting. The site is designed phone first, and it works at narrow widths without sideways scrolling.
What may not work for you
- Video meetings run on Google Meet, which has its own accessibility features and its own limits.
- The calendar and time pickers are designed for keyboard and screen reader use, but we have not tested them with every assistive tool.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, write to hello@twentyminutes.co. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. If it helps, tell us what device, browser or assistive technology you were using.
A person reads that inbox. We will reply, and we will fix what we can.
